Each room features rustic furnishings, a cozy sitting area, and complimentary tea, coffee, and sherry. The private bathrooms are equipped with an old-world bathtub and a walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast each morning on the covered veranda overlooking the beautiful gardens. For a relaxing afternoon, coffee, tea, and cake can be served, or guests can enjoy a local wine with a cheeseboard under the veranda. A picnic basket can be arranged for a visit to the nearby Rust and Vrede Waterfall, located 15 km away. For dining options, there are three restaurants within a 5 km radius of Die Fonteine. The owner is happy to assist in arranging trips to the Karusa Winery and Cango Ostrich Farm just 200 meters away. The renowned Swartberg Pass is a short 20 km drive from the guest house, and both the Cango Caves, Cango Wildlife Ranch, Rust and Vrede Waterfall, Buffelsdrift Game Lodge are less than a 15-minute drive away.
