This boutique hotel houses a permanent display of art from Papua New Guinea. Hotel Urban has a small rooftop swimming pool and a terrace open in summer, and a cocktail bar. The hotel has beautiful design, and facilities include a gym. The hotel features a gastronomic restaurant: CEBO, with Michelin-starred duet Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo (Oba-) as main chefs. There is also a cocktail-bar on the roof-top terrace "La terraza del Urban", and Cocktail Bar Glass by Sips with barista made cocktails. Rooftop Terrace & Pool are only open in summer. The décor of the hotel and the rooms includes special lighting, natural wood and stone and Oriental art. All rooms are soundproofed and offer free wired internet, a flat-screen TV.
