Guests can cater for themselves or dine in Oreti Restaurant, which specialises in local cuisine and has an extensive wine list. The restaurant is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday from 18:00 (closed Monday and Tuesday) and reservations are essential. Tongariro National Park is a 30-minute drive from Oreti Village Resort. The shops and restaurants of Turangi town centre are 15 minutes’ drive away. It is a 45-minute drive to Taupo Airport.
