It consists of a large upstairs couples retreat with a queen size bed and ensuite and a queen size bed and two single beds in 2 of the bedrooms downstairs. The advertised price is a discounted price for guests who are happy to bring their own sheet sets and towels. If you would prefer to hire linen and have your beds made up this can be arranged for $25 per bed, per stay (including bath towels). All other linen is provided (doonas, doona covers, blankets, pillows and tea towels).
