Set off on a journey to discover wood and recycled materials repurposed from the construction of the hotel; lamps and bedspreads from our grandparent’s houses; refurbished steel drums; decorative pieces from Morocco. The rustic and the sophisticated intermingle… With their seductive decor, the bedrooms are bathed in an ethereal glow that touches the Soul and stimulates the senses. Once inside, a feeling of stylish tranquillity embraces you! Outside, a wooden terrace with an uninterrupted view of ocean and dunes. Alert! Our Rooms do not have air-conditioning. Our attitude towards sustainability makes us appreciate pure and fresh air, hence, we give preference to different climatization systems. To heat up rooms and main building we use geothermal energy - through radiant floors, which takes advantage of the Earth’s internal temperature. We also have fireplaces and firewood stoves. To cool down we have fans available and large windows which let the Atlantic breeze get inside. Age policy: children under 16 years old are only allowed to stay in VILLAS. A DIFFERENT SENSORY JOURNEY IN EACH OF OUR FOUR LOVE ROOMS... Their individual stories unfold enhanced by the smells, the vision and the colours that frame their spaces. Each one of them takes us to a different world. Their common elements include: fireplaces, Jacuzzis and unique vistas of the sea and the dunes. The Love Rooms have private terraces. In our Oxalá Room, you can breathe in the colours of fire and sea, inspired by North Africa... From your terrace at nightfall, you can watch the magnificent fiery hues of sunset merge with those of the dancing bonfire. In Ouro and Mi Ma Bô, luxuriate in the Jacuzzi by starlight or, in Nha Cretcheu experience the sublime rainfall shower. This last room also contains a sumptuous sunken bath for two. Alert! A MOMENT TO FEEL EVERYTHING SLOWLY… Give yourself time to feel everything around you with everything you have. No walls between you and the world. Soak up the Nature... Tune in the ocean's lullaby, feel the sand barefooted, absorb the whiffs of lavender mixed with salty air, gaze the lush pinewood… Savour a unique sensory journey in a charm tent where we switched off (almost) everything but the sounds of nature. Alert! The Shelter is a place to share authentic moments and to disconnected from the outside-busy world. Thereafter, it doesn’t boast internet access nor air conditioning. As a way of being we cherish fresh-pure air and human relations. Following our sustainability policy, we privilege a differentiated acclimatization system: for domestic water heating we use solar energy, supported by heat pumps; for heating the tent there is a fireplace and a fan heater; for cooling, the same fan can be used, although we recommend a much more efficient method, to open the windows and let the Atlantic breeze come in… Age policy: children under 16 years old are only allowed to stay in VILLAS.
