Beautiful and romantic attic, called "l'Appoggio", just renovated, located in the center of Fondi (LT) on the third floor of a residential building. The unique view of "l'Appoggio" turns towards the monumental Church and the bell tower of San Francesco d'Assisi (1363 AD), on the large Piazza del Municipio with the adjacent Palazzo, seat of the City of Fondi and the Aurunci Mountains which crown the perimeter of the city itself. The apartment consists of a living-dining room, super-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a laundry / utility room, a large double bedroom with an exposed bathtub, ideal for two people. Guests will have free Wi-Fi throughout the home, a Smart TV in the lounge and one in the bedroom. “L'Appoggio” is 10 Km from our coast, 13 Km from Sperlonga, another famous tourist destination and 20 Km from Terracina.
