Opis

The Golden Lion Hotel enjoys a central location in the north Cumbria town of Maryport, overlooking the Solway Firth towards Scotland. Luxurious en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and parking are complemented by a brasserie restaurant and bar. Each guest room has en suite bathroom facilities with shower and complementary toiletries. There is a TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities in all rooms. Some also have sea views. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 07:00 – 09:00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 – 10:00 at the weekend. Choose from a hot and cold buffet selection, or try a cooked breakfast made to order using local produce. The hotel bar serves light meals and snacks throughout the day. Overlooking Maryport harbour, The Golden Lion is around 28 miles from Carlisle, and less than 20 miles from Keswick in the beautiful Lake District. The west Cumbrian towns of Workington, Whitehaven and Egremont are all within a 30-minute drive.
