Princes Street and Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station are 400 metres away. Rooms at the hotel are situated across three floors and accessed by stairs only. Included in all bedrooms are a large flat-screen TV, work desk with free Wi-Fi and an iPod dock with ceiling in-built speakers. Guests can enjoy full tea and coffee making facilities, which come with Scottish delicacies. All bedrooms come with GHD hair straighteners as standard.
