Located in Roussospiti, within 5 km of the Venetian harbour in Rethymno, Villa Gems offers fully equipped accommodation with a communal swimming pool and views over the Cretan Sea. The villa consists of 4 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, a fireplace, a pool table and a dining area with a wrap around balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains. Facilities include a 55” TV, free WiFi, board games and books. Surrounded by palm trees, the swimming pool features sun loungers, seating and dining area, bar, sink, refrigerator and portable gas grill. In the backyard, you will find a basketball hoop, a volleyball net and a pond with a waterfall filled with fish and turtles. Chania Town is 48 km from The Villa Gems, while Bali is 27 km from the property. The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 40 km from away. Free private, on-site parking is provided. Staff lives on premise in separate apartment, they are there for your needs and to take care of the villa (Pool, taking out trash, etc). There is also a Doctor who lives on the premise in a separate apartment for emergencies.
