The individually designed rooms are furnished with many design pieces and feature spacious bathrooms. They can be found in a new building with a big terrace and a garden. The city centre can be reached in only a few minutes from the Kagran underground station, which is only a 2-minute walk away. The Austria Center and the UN headquarters can also be reached on foot from The rooms. Restaurants, a big shopping centre, and many leisure options are close by. The house is heated exclusively by an air heat pump and supplied with electricity by a photovoltaic system on the roof.
