Hervey Bay Flashpackers is a vibrant hostel that caters especially to backpackers and travellers seeking a social and comfortable environment. Featuring free Wi-Fi, a cinema room, and a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, it's just a 7-minute walk from Scarness Beach. Conveniently located, Urangan Hervey Bay Flashpackers is a 7-minute drive from Urangan Pier and the popular Vic Hislop's Shark Show. It is also 9 minutes’ drive from Reef World Aquarium. Guests can enjoy free social events each week, including BBQ night, Cheese and Wine night, Movie and games night! Our tour desk is available to book whale-watching cruises and Fraser Island tours. Accommodation options include private rooms and dormitories, with some rooms featuring access to communal bathroom facilities. Bed linen, towels, and pillows are provided in all rooms. Please note that guests above 35 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories. Shuttle Service: For your convenience, we offer a shuttle bus service for just $5 per person each way, with scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs at 10 AM and 5 PM. For transfers outside these hours, the cost is $10 per person. Additionally, airport transfers are available for $10 per person. WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS WITHOUT A VALID PASSPORT. DRIVER'S LICENSES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Please note that check-in requires a passport, phone number, and a valid credit card for a $25 deposit, which covers any potential lost key charges.
