The house has a spacious living room with lovely sitting area, dining area with dining table and 6 chairs. Cozy wood stove. The separate kitchen is very fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and most things one would expect from a good kitchen. The house also has an additional living room with a small kitchen lovely sitting area with extra TV, dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. On the first floor there is also an additional bathroom with shower sink and toilet. The house has on the first floor 1 large bedroom. This room has 3 single beds of 80x200. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. Room one has 2 single beds of 80x200 and a baby crib. Room two has 2 single beds of 80x200. Room three has 2 single beds of 80x200. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, 3rd toilet. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a separate guest toilet on the first floor. The biggest advantage of Zonnestraal is that it is suitable for 2 families and is located in the lovely green outdoor area around the house. What a fine garden with lawn, porch various seating areas, shade and sun, outdoor BBQ in the porch (not to be used as a fireplace!). In addition, in the backyard you can enjoy the peace and nature in privacy! In the house is free wireless internet and you can park 5 cars on private property. The price for final cleaning includes that the beds are made upon arrival and that towels are provided. Zonnestraal can accommodate 9 people and a baby.
