It features free Wi-Fi and coin-operated laundry facilities. Kiyomizu-dera Temple is a 20-minute bus ride and walk away. Rooms at OHTO Ryokan have traditional futon bedding and paper sliding screens. They are fitted with an LCD TV, a fridge and a tea/coffee maker. Some come with a private bathroom. Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine is a 15-minute train ride and walk south, where lively Gion District is a 10-minute bus ride and walk north. The property is a 5-minute walk from Sanjyusangen-do Temple and Kyoto National Museum. Chishaku-in Temple is also a 5-minute walk away.
